2026 General Election - November 3, 2026
Early voting allows all voters to cast a full ballot before Election Day.
Although voters can go to any polling place on Election Day, this is intended to make voting easier for everyone.
Early voting is NOT conducted at your usual Election Day polling place.
Election Day Polling places will only be open for voting on the observed Election Day.
- No identification is required for voters correctly registered with their current name and address.
- Voter's identity is verified by matching the application signature with the signature on the voter's registration record.
- Early voting begins on the 40th day preceding an election, on September 24, 2026 ONLY at:
o Kane County Clerk's Office – 719 S Batavia Ave, Bldg. B Geneva, IL 60134
o Aurora Satellite Office – 5 E Downer Place, Suite F Aurora, IL 60505
- Early Voting County-wide begins October 19, 2026
